Megan is a user-centered designer who creates clear, useful content that helps people achieve their goals. She’s worked with product, design, and creative teams at a variety of startups including HubSpot and Zapier. She enjoys traveling, creating art, practicing yoga, listening to music, and spending time with her family and 2 fluffy cats.

Tyler researches and designs services with people who use and deliver them. She brings experience working in the United Kingdom’s charity sector, at the Royal National Institute for Deaf People and With You. She enjoys film photography and learning to surf.

Charlye is a curious civic technologist passionate about leveraging service design and user research to craft experiences that improve the lives of the American public. She brings experience working with the US Air Force, CDC, and other international government organizations. She enjoys traveling off the beaten path, sketching, and painting.
